Raw footage from all 3 cameras + Zoom H6 audio is delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer link within 24–48 hours of shoot completion. Please download within 30 days; we purge storage thereafter. If you've also booked post-production with us, raw stays in our workflow.
Each booking is 1.5 hours of studio access: 15 min setup + 1 hr recording + 15 min wrap - for one podcast (5–60 min, 1 host + 1 guest). Overtime beyond the 1-hour recording window is ₹3,000 per 30 minutes for day shoots and ₹2,000 per 30 minutes for night shoots. A host or guest change counts as a new podcast; each extra person is ₹1,500.
One free reschedule allowed with 24+ hours notice - the new date must be confirmed within the same week as the original booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are fully chargeable. Each booking is 1.5 hours total - 1 hr recording + 15 min before + 15 min after - for one podcast (5–60 min, 1 host + 1 guest). Overruns: ₹3,000 per 30 min for day shoots, ₹2,000 per 30 min for night shoots.

GUEST LIMIT
Base is 1 host + 1 guest per podcast. Each extra person is ₹1,500. If the total crosses 4 people and was not disclosed in advance, an added ₹500 per undisclosed guest applies. A host/guest change is a new podcast.

All cameras, lights, and audio setups are handled strictly by the studio team. Guests must not touch gear.

Everything you need to know before your shoot - booking duration, payments, etiquette, and editing workflow. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Razorpay-compliant. Indian Contract Act 1872 aligned.

Booking Duration
Each booking is for one podcast - a single 5–60 minute recording with 1 host + 1 guest. It includes 1 hour of recording, plus 15 minutes before for setup and 15 minutes after for wrap-up. Total studio access: 1.5 hours. A host or guest change counts as a new podcast.

Start Time
Studio time starts from the booked slot OR the moment the client/guest first enters the studio premises - whichever is earlier. Entry is recorded in the Entry Log on arrival.

Pre-Built Setups
All sets are pre-ready before your arrival. If you request sudden custom changes, the adjustment time is counted as part of your booking hour. Plan ahead - share requirements in advance.

Overtime Charges
No complimentary buffer beyond your slot. Extension beyond 1 hour is charged at ₹3,000 per 30 minutes for day shoots and ₹2,000 per 30 minutes for night shoots - including setup, recording, or guest interactions. Overtime is billed at file delivery. Exit time is logged in presence of both client and producer.

Guest Limit
Base is 1 host + 1 guest per podcast. Each additional person is charged ₹1,500. If the group exceeds a total of 4 and was not disclosed and discussed in advance, an extra ₹500 per undisclosed guest applies. Any host/guest change is treated as a new podcast.

Studio Hours
Day shoots: 8 AM – 6 PM. Night shoots: 8 PM – 6 AM. Studio is closed between 6 PM and 8 PM (transition window). Outdoor shoots: 24/7, same day rate.

Advance Payment
100% advance is required to confirm every booking - day, night, outdoor, subscriptions, post-production, and full-day rentals. Charges that arise on shoot day - overtime and extra persons - are not collected upfront; they are billed at the time of file delivery, and final files are released once cleared.

Payment Methods
UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and bank transfer - all processed via Razorpay, India's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. SSL-encrypted. No card data stored by us.

GST & Invoicing
All prices exclude 18% GST. GST invoice issued under Vedrop Production Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN: 09AAKCV8934B1Z0) on request - share GSTIN at booking. Invoice format: VP/2026-27/XXXX.

Reschedule Policy
One free reschedule allowed with 24+ hours notice. Next date must be conveyed and confirmed within the same week of the original date. No additional reschedules entertained on advance.

Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellations within 24 hours of shoot are fully chargeable. Night shoot cancellations are fully chargeable due to special night team assignment. No-shows result in forfeiture of the entire advance.

Refunds
Refunds processed only for studio-side failures (equipment, schedule conflict from our end). Approved refunds reach your account within 5–7 working days via the original payment method. See full refund policy in Section 06.

Handle Common Areas Responsibly
Reception, lounge, makeup room, pantry, and washrooms - all to be used respectfully. Damages or misuse are billed to the client at actuals.

Equipment Handling
Only studio team handles cameras, lights, mics, and switchers. Clients should not connect personal devices to studio gear without producer approval.

Respect Scheduled Slots
Delays affect other clients on the same day. Late arrivals do not extend your slot - your 1-hour recording window still ends at the booked end time unless overtime is purchased.

Footwear & Hygiene
Shoes off at studio entrance (or use provided shoe covers). Studio is a shared, high-trust space - please maintain washroom and makeup room cleanliness.

Outside Food & Smoking
Snacks and beverages welcome in the lounge but not on set during recording. No smoking inside studio premises. Designated outdoor area available.

Photography Rights
We may share BTS photos and short clips on our social media for marketing. If you prefer privacy, inform the producer before the shoot starts - your shoot will not be featured.

Teaser Guidelines
Teaser duration is strictly under 60 seconds (90 seconds max for Elevate). Cuts are selected only from the centre main-camera raw footage. Share teaser cut selections promptly to avoid delay.

Cut Selection & References
Editing follows the package you opted for. Share reference videos (your past episodes or ours) before cut selection to align on pacing and visual direction. Past samples define the baseline style.

Revisions Policy
First cut delivered for Teaser and Full Podcast. After that, maximum 2 consolidated revisions per deliverable. Compile all change requests together - piecemeal feedback resets the revision counter.

Text Cards & Pop-Ups
4–6 in-between text cards, images, or pop-ups available in Builder, Prime, and Elevate plans. Share copy and timestamp positions before editing starts. Mid-process additions count as a revision.

Required Inputs (Before Edit)
Full names & titles of host and guest. Any logos, brand guidelines, sponsor graphics, disclaimers, end-screen elements - all must be submitted before editing begins. Final and locked.

Reel Editing
Reels stay under 60 seconds (platform norm). Submit final cut selections immediately after teaser approval so we can assign them to the reel editor and run edits in parallel - saving 3–4 days of total delivery.

Thumbnail Workflow
If thumbnail design is in your plan: send teaser cuts first, then thumbnail text + reference designs. Designer works parallel to the editor for timely delivery.

Assets Are Final Once Locked
Once editing begins, no mid-process updates to names, logos, graphics, or theme direction. Submit final assets in one go - avoids misalignment and extra revision rounds.

All bookings are governed by the laws of India under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds approved for: studio-side equipment failure that prevents recording, double-booking error, or our cancellation. Not eligible: client late arrival, client cancellation within 24 hrs, change of mind, dissatisfaction with editing style after approval, force majeure events.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method (Razorpay). Bank credit may take an additional 2–4 days depending on issuing bank. Email confirmation sent on initiation.

Data Privacy (DPDP Act 2023)
We collect only what's needed for booking and communication - name, phone, email, address (if invoicing). No payment data is stored by us; handled entirely by Razorpay. You can request data deletion anytime by emailing Booking@indianpodcaststudio.com.

Intellectual Property
Raw footage and final edits are your property once payment is cleared in full. We retain the right to use BTS photos and short edits for our own portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing before the shoot.

Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, natural calamities, government action, pandemic restrictions, power grid failure, or internet outages. Affected shoots are rescheduled at no extra cost within 30 days.

Liability Limitation
Total liability of Indian Podcast Studio / Vedrop Production Pvt. Ltd. for any claim is limited to the booking amount paid for that specific shoot. We carry industry-standard equipment and premises insurance.

Common Questions
Is the role remote, hybrid, or on-site?
All production, editing, and studio roles are on-site at Sector 61, Noida. Some marketing and sales roles can be hybrid after the first 3 months - discussed case by case.
Do you require a college degree?
No. We hire on demonstrated work and taste. If your portfolio shows you can do the job, the degree doesn't matter. If it doesn't, the degree won't save you.
What's the salary range?
Market-rate for India production talent. Specific ranges shared during the screening call once we calibrate the level. Top performers get accelerated raises every 6 months.
Are interns paid?
Yes - every intern at IPS gets a stipend. We don't believe in unpaid internships.
How long is the typical workday?
9–10 hours on shoot days (sometimes longer for evening recordings). 8 hours on edit/admin days. Weekend rotation for shoots - comp-off provided.
What does career growth look like?
We use an L0–L7 progression framework with quarterly KRA reviews. Top performers move from L1 to L3 in 18 months. Senior roles get equity discussions at L5+.
Do you sponsor work visas / international applicants?
Not currently. All roles require Indian work authorization and ability to relocate to Noida.

Things People Always Ask.
Is this just a discounted studio booking?
No. The studio access is the most visible benefit, but the real value is the strategy session, guest pipeline, distribution playbook, and the community. If you only want a one-off shoot, just book a regular ₹7,999 day shoot - don't join the network.
What happens to my 5 hours if I don't use them?
Hours don't carry over to next month. The membership is designed for active creators publishing monthly. If you go 2 months without using studio time, your coordinator will check in to see if the fit still works.
Do I have to use the network branding?
Yes - that's part of the shared-responsibility model. The badge is small, tasteful, and on-brand. It's how new creators discover the network. If you're allergic to that, this isn't the right fit and that's totally fine.
Can I bring my own editor or use yours?
Either works. Membership covers production (shoot) only. Editing is separate and can be added on at our standard rates (Starter ₹13.5K to Elevate ₹50K). Many members do hybrid - first 3 episodes with us to set the look, then move in-house.
What if I'm not in Noida or NCR?
If you can travel to the studio monthly, you can be a member. We have creators flying in from Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Pune for monthly batch-shoots - record 4 episodes in 2 days and post one per week.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The MOM is a month-to-month agreement. We don't believe in lock-ins. Cancel before the 1st of the next month and you're out - no exit fee, no questions.
Will I get sponsorship deals through the network?
We don't broker sponsorships, but we do connect serious members with our brand-side contacts when there's a real fit. Most member-side monetization comes from doing the work consistently for 6+ months - there are no shortcuts here.
How do I know if I'm actually accepted?
It's not a black-box review. After the fit call, our coordinator gives you a yes/no within 48 hours. We accept ~70% of applicants who pass the fit call. The 30% we decline are usually misaligned on commitment, not talent.

How does it work after I pay ₹9,999?
You get instant confirmation and our coordinator activates your membership within 24 hours. From then on, just book like normal - on the site or WhatsApp - and the ₹5,999 member rate applies automatically to every podcast, with your discounts on shoots and editing.
Do the prices include GST?
No - like all IPS pricing, the ₹9,999 membership and the ₹5,999 per-podcast rate exclude 18% GST. A GST invoice is issued for every payment under Vedrop Production Pvt Ltd.
Can I use it for talking-head shoots and editing too?
Yes - that's the point. Podcasts are ₹5,999 each, talking-head shoots get a flat 20% off, and every editing tier gets 15% off (Starter, Builder, Prime, Elevate) for your entire membership term.
What happens when I finish 50 podcasts or the year ends?
Whichever comes first ends the membership - after that, standard rates apply. Unused podcasts don't carry forward past 365 days, so batch or spread them however suits your calendar.
Is the membership transferable?
It's issued to one creator or brand. Your own team, co-hosts and guests are all covered when recording for that brand - it just can't be resold or shared across different shows.
